I have installed this software in several shops for the owners who were not computer savvy. Once again, I am in a mall where the owner wants this software and doesn't have a clue how to do it. When I ordered the software in the past, I received a disk and the ability to call for 6 months with questions and receive help via phone. You also customized the Heading with the store name, address and phone number. I liked having the disk because if a new computer was installed, I could immediately install the software. Is there still the disk,
telephone help, and customized header?
